Eagan Building Group completed a 10,300-square-foot brewery in Defiance, MO for Busch Family Brewing & Distilling. The facility produces newly developed craft beers on-site while honoring the Busch family’s long brewing legacy. Built on the former Bridlespur Hunt Club property, founded by August Busch Sr. in 1927, the project connects place, history, and hospitality. In partnership with Godat Architectural Design Services, Eagan collaborated closely with Billy Busch to bring the vision to life.
