New Construction / Multi-Family Residential located in Union, Missouri

The American Welding Academy in, Union, MO, retained Eagan Building Group to provide general contracting services for their new 32-bed student residence. This three-story housing expansion will make AWA the only welding school in the United States to offer on-site housing. AWA and Eagan Building Group broke ground on October 3, 2025, and was completed on May 12, 2026. The new facility is fully furnished and ready for students to move in for the new session of classes beginning June 2026.
