Currently Under Construction

The American Welding Academy in, Union, MO, retained Eagan Building Group to provide general contracting services for their new 32-bed student residence. This three-story housing expansion will make AWA the only welding school in the United States to offer on-site housing. AWA and Eagan Building Group broke ground on October 3, 2025, and the project is schedule to be completed by the start of Summer 2026 classes.
