Discovery
We meet, walk your site if possible, and listen. What is the building for? What does it need to do today and ten years from now? We come away with a clear scope in order to create a realistic conceptual budget.
Design
EBGs design team develops architectural and site plans tailored to your operation. We coordinate with civil and structural engineering, and we loop in STAR early to optimize the building system.
Engineering with STAR
STAR Building Systems manufactures your primary frame, secondary framing, roof, and wall components in a controlled facility. Components arrive at the site numbered, drilled, and ready to bolt together.
Construction
EBG coordinates site work, foundations, erection, and finish trades. One team, one schedule, one accountability.
Closeout
Punch list, training, warranty documentation, and final walkthrough. We do not disappear when the keys turn over.
Gasconade County R-1 School District
Eagan Building Group was the general contractor for the Maintenance & Transportation building in Hermann, MO. The project consisted of a 6,000 square foot metal building including maintenance offices, interior mezzanine, maintenance bay, and wash bay.
